Bonjour! I’m Rachel

My journey into coaching began in the heart of Paris during an internship in a communications company at the age of 21.

It was there, surrounded by the cultural richness of the city and the wisdom of some incredible performance coaches, that I discovered the transformative power of coaching.

Back in the UK, I worked with the late Sir John Whitmore, the architect of the GROW model, which ignited further my passion for coaching and set me on a trajectory towards studying this incredible discipline after completing my Teaching qualifications. Fast forward 25 years, and I now hold 5 coaching Diplomas and am a PCC credentialed coach and coach mentor with the ICF, with over 3000 hours of coaching completed. I have worked with individuals and leaders in global technology companies, energy, media, mining, health, police, construction, various government departments,  ministerial cabinets and much more.

I am the Director of Education at the Australian Institute of Professional Coaches and when I’m not coaching, I’m training passionate coaching students from all industries to be the best coaches they can be.

As an educator, I honed my skills in asking open questions and listening deeply, principles that seamlessly integrated into the coaching ethos.

My own life journey has been a mosaic of challenges:

  • career changes,
  • running my own businesses and teams,
  • navigating the complexities of divorce,
  • embracing single parenthood,
  • relocating across borders, and
  • parenting my wonderfully neurodiverse children.

Through it all, coaching has been my steadfast companion, providing a safe space where I could express myself without judgment.

It equipped me with invaluable tools and resources to navigate life’s twists and turns.

I am not just a coach; I am someone who has weathered storms, embraced change, and emerged stronger.

Health and wellness are my anchors, and you’ll often find me at the gym, embracing the endorphin rush.

My love extends to my Cavoodle, who adds joy to my days, and my family, who inspire me daily.

In coaching, I don’t offer advice.

Instead, I am your companion in listening and asking the questions that unlock the doors to your potential, as well as your accountability buddy.

Let’s embark on a journey of self-discovery, resilience, and transformation together!
